Qwen-MM-Plugins

QwenLM's answer to text-only agent harnesses: native multimodal plugins that "make any agent harness multimodal-native", wiring Qwen's vision/audio models into existing coding and work agents rather than requiring a new harness. The guided installer targets Claude Code, CodeBuddy, Codex, Qoder, OpenClaw, Qwen Code and Gemini CLI, with documented manual setups for DeepSeek Harness, Hermes Agent, opencode and others; shared configuration lives in ~/.qwen-mm-plugins/config.

Apache 2.0, released July 29, 2026; ~2.8K stars by early September. On-thesis for the execution-layer line: it treats multimodality as a harness capability to be retrofitted, the same slot Anthropic's MCP fills for tools. Surfaced by a QwenLM org probe (missed by earlier sweeps).
