TxAgent & ToolUniverse

A therapeutic-reasoning agent and its tool layer from Marinka Zitnik's Zitnik Lab. ToolUniverse exposes 211+ biomedical tools through a unified interface (~1,573★), and TxAgent (~643★) uses them for multi-step drug-interaction and contraindication reasoning, beating GPT-4o on open-ended drug reasoning. Attribution note: the TxAgent-T1 policy model is a fine-tuned Meta Llama-3.1-8B, but the ToolUniverse framework itself is Harvard-original and heavily adopted.
