CellFlow is a flow-matching generative model of single-cell phenotypes under perturbation — cytokine, drug and gene-knockout conditions — that predicts cell-state distributions for unseen conditions and combinations. It reframes perturbation response as conditional generation rather than point prediction.

From the Theis group (joint→Helmholtz Munich + Genentech (Regev) + ETH/Basel (Treutlein/Camp)). Note: distinct from the similarly named "CellFlux" (arXiv:2502.09775), which is unrelated work by different authors.
