TREC iKAT

TREC iKAT 2024 & 2025 — the NIST TREC track for personalized conversational search agents, conditioning on personas and personal text knowledge bases (PTKB). Adoption comes via multi-year participating teams and dataset reuse in conversational IR research. Co-organized by UvA IRLab (Aliannejadi) with Edinburgh and Strathclyde; UvA is the core coordinator. It surrounds de Rijke's generative-IR methods line (SIGIR 2025).
